By accessing and using the MateGlow website (mateglow.shop) and purchasing our products, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Product Composition

Our patches contain natural ingredients including Berberine, Chromium, and B-Vitamins. Individual results may vary, and we make no guarantees regarding weight loss or health outcomes.

5. Shipping & Delivery

MateGlow ships internationally from New Zealand. Shipping times and costs vary by destination. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened products in original packaging. Due to health and safety regulations, opened supplement products cannot be returned.

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days
• Custom or personalized products are not returnable
