Return Policy Overview

At MateGlow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wellness patch purchase. Due to the nature of our dietary supplement patches and hygiene considerations, we have specific return guidelines to ensure product safety and quality.

Important: For health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery.

What Can Be Returned

  • Unopened, unused GLP-1 weight loss patches in original packaging
  • Products returned within 30 days of delivery date
  • Items with original seals and packaging intact
  • Products that are defective or damaged upon arrival
  • Wrong items sent due to our error

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Opened packages or used patches (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Products returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
  • Products without original packaging or seals

How to Return Your Order

Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization

Receive your return authorization number and return shipping instructions

Package your unopened items securely with the return authorization number

Ship the package back to us using the provided instructions

Receive your refund within 5-10 business days after we process your return

Refunds & Shipping Costs

Refund Method: All approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping Costs:

  • Customer changed mind: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, customer pays return shipping
  • Defective products: Full refund including original shipping + free return shipping
  • Wrong item sent: Full refund including original shipping + free return shipping

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for damaged or defective products only. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for a replacement. We do not offer exchanges for different products or sizes.

Important Notes

  • Return authorization is required for all returns - unauthorized returns will not be accepted
  • Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging materials
  • Processing time may be extended during peak seasons
  • Refunds will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days after processing
  • International returns may take longer to process and may incur additional fees
